the front desk staff was very friendly to me. anel showed great hospitality. the room was specious. we enjoyed the location during christmas time.
the photos of rooms online are not real, my room was a corner one. space felt tight. the bathroom had no curtains on the bathtub.

the front desk team including anel and kirill gave such a kind, warm welcome. they provided useful information and advice about the city. the hotel gave us a free city pass as a gift. the rooms and showers felt very clean.
i noticed the hot food at breakfast was not quite hot , only lukewarm.

I really loved the location. It was a short walk to attractions. the room was super clean and cozy, i got a great sleep. breakfast was also a highlight. So many delicious choices.
